Is Come Away With Me Travel a full-service travel agency?
Yes! We can book cruises, tours, and resort stays. For airfare-only requests, we recommend using an online flight comparison site like Kayak or Expedia.
Do I have to travel in one of your group trips?
No. We can book a cruise, tour or resort stay for you with whomever and however wish you travel.
Are you an independent travel agency?
Yes. We’re and Independent Agent with Cruises and Tours Unlimited, a trusted host agency with more than 34 years of experience. This allows us to offer personalized service while also having access to industry expertise, support, and resources. Through our affiliation, we have relationships with the top travel providers, cruise lines and tour companies.
What does it cost to use you as my travel agent?
Nada, zip, zero. It costs you nothing when you work with us to book your cruise, tour, rail, or resort vacation. We get paid by the travel providers. And, no, it doesn't make your trip more expensive. In fact, we often get you special amenities or discounts from many travel providers because of the strength and longevity of our relationships.
If I book a group trip, can I share a room or cabin with another traveler?
Yes, that is an option. While we don’t match travelers to share rooms, if we’re aware of another solo traveler interested in sharing, we’re happy to pass along that information so you can connect directly.
Come Away With Me sounds romantic. Is this a singles group or dating trip?
No. While the name Come Away With Me may sound romantic, our trips are not singles or dating experiences. We welcome couples, friends, and solo travelers alike. Our trips are focused on travel and community, not singles or dating experiences.
Do I have to buy travel insurance?
Some of our trips do require basic travel insurance that includes medical coverage and emergency evacuation. Beyond that, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. As the saying goes, even the best-laid plans can go awry, and unforeseen circumstances can derail the best intentions. Insurance helps protect your investment and give you peace of mind while you travel.
What if I want to go on one of your trips?

Can I lead a group?
Yes. If you naturally bring people together, you’re already a leader. Whether you organize a meetup group, are a sommelier or chef, love antiquing, teach art history, host a quilting circle, belong to a devoted gaggle of mah jongg players, sing in a choir, or simply have a large family or friend group that loves to travel together—you’re essentially an influencer. If you believe people would happily follow you to the ends of the earth (or at least to a great destination), we should talk.
