1. Our Role as a Travel Agency
Come Away With Me Travel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity vendors (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier.

• Prices, availability, and inclusions may change until booking is confirmed.
• Deposits and final payments are governed by Supplier policies and may be non-refundable.
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all booking details, cancellation policies, and payment deadlines prior to confirmation.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and change policies vary by Supplier and may be strict.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Supplier approval and timelines.
• Come Away With Me Travel is not responsible for penalties imposed by Suppliers.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

4. Travel Insurance
Some trips may require travel insurance, particularly for medical coverage and emergency evacuation. Even when not required, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unforeseen events.

5. Group & Hosted Trips
For hosted or group trips:

• Trip hosts are not employees or agents of Come Away With Me Travel unless expressly stated.
• Itineraries, inclusions, and pricing are subject to change.
• Minimum participation requirements may apply.

6. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

• Valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements.
• Compliance with laws, customs, and regulations of destinations visited.
• Reviewing travel advisories and health requirements.
• Your own conduct during travel.

7. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, natural disasters, and political unrest. By booking through us, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Come Away With Me Travel shall not be liable for:

• Acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Loss, injury, illness, death, or property damage
• Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Come Away With Me Travel and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms
